APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS AND PROCEDURES

A STEP-BY-STEP GUIDE ON THE APPLICATION PROCEDURE FOR THE MALOLOS ACADEME

Step One: Secure an application form. (Available at the enrollment area or at the Malolos Academe office)

Step Two: Get a photocopy of your official grades of the previous semester. (There should be weighted grade average of not lower than 2.50 and no failure in any subject.)

Step Three: Get your certification from the VP for Student Affairs that you have not violated any University rules and regulation sanctioned with suspension. (You may get this certificate from Mrs. Fricana Ponce)

Step Four: Obtain a recommendation letter from your English or Filipino teacher.

Step Five: Attend the Campus Journalism Formation Seminar.

Step Six: Take the psychological test that will be administered by the Counseling and Testing Department.

Step Seven: Take the qualifying examinations on June 20, 2011.

IMPORTANT REMINDERS:

  • Enclose all the documents in a brown envelope upon submission.
  • The dates for the Campus Journalism Formation Seminar and the Psychological Test will be announce later.
  • All documents should be submitted on or before June 20, 2011 before the applicant can take the qualifying exams.
