For OLD STUDENTS, put your app. form together w/ the photocopy of your grades last sem in a SHORT BROWN ENVELOPE.
For FRESHMEN, just submit your application form.
Submit it to any ACADEME staffer WEARING GRAY ACADEME SHIRT.
